Is this an adults-only hotel?
It is ideal for both adults and families.
What are the usual check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 12:00 p.m.

How much does late check-out cost?
Late check-out has an additional charge of €30 per room. In both cases, it is subject to availability. Please inquire at reception the day beforehand.

Does the hotel have air conditioning?
Yes, throughout the hotel.
Does the hotel have parking?
We do not have private parking, but you can park on public roads.
Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?
Yeah.
How many swimming pools are there in the hotel?
We have three swimming pools: a children's pool, an infinity pool, and heated to 21-24°C, where you can take a dip or relax in the sun on one of our sun loungers.
Does the hotel have pool towel service?
We provide beach and pool towels for a €10 deposit each, and change costs €1.
Are sun loungers allowed to be reserved?
Reserving sun loungers is not permitted.
Does it have a spa? Yes, and as a hotel guest, you'll also receive a discount on the price of admission to the Spa Circuit. We also offer treatments for an additional charge. If you need more information about available treatments and rates, please email: reservas@r2hotels.com. -

What items are in the bathroom?
All rooms have a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel.
Is there a safe in the apartment? How much does it cost?
There are safes in the rooms. The cost is €4 per day.
Do the apartments have irons?
Yes, you just need to leave a deposit.
Do the rooms have a kettle?
You can request it at reception, with a deposit of €20.

What is the minimum age to reserve a room?
The minimum age to reserve a room is 18 years.
How do I make a reservation for someone else?
During the reservation process, you have the option to name someone else as the reservation holder.
How do I know if my hotel reservation has been successfully confirmed?
Once you've completed the booking process, the confirmation page will appear. Here you'll find all your booking details and can download it as a PDF. We'll also send you an email with all your booking information.
Can I cancel a reservation? What fees might this incur?
During the purchasing process and before completing your reservation, you can view the cancellation policies in "Booking Conditions." In addition to indicating how to proceed with the cancellation, each room type displays information regarding the cost (if applicable).
