  • What is an R2 Hotels digital gift card?
    It is an electronic voucher that can be used as a form of payment for stays at R2 Hotels, up to the amount available on the card.
  • Who can use the digital gift card?
    Hotel guests can redeem digital gift cards to pay for their reservation in full or in part.
  • Can I pay for my entire booking with a digital gift card?
    Yes. You can use the gift card to cover the total amount of the booking, provided there is sufficient available balance.
  • Can I use the digital gift card more than once?
    Yes. Digital gift cards can be used in multiple transactions. Each use will deduct the corresponding amount from the available balance until it is depleted.
  • Can I combine the digital gift card with other payment methods?
    Yes. If the booking amount exceeds the available balance on the gift card, the difference can be paid in cash or with major credit cards accepted at the hotel.
  • Can I exchange the digital gift card for cash?
    No. Digital gift cards are not redeemable for cash and have no economic value outside of their use as a means of payment at R2 Hotels.
  • Can digital gift cards be sold or transferred?
    No. Digital gift cards cannot be sold, resold, auctioned, raffled, or used as an incentive, prize, or promotion by third parties.
  • What happens if I obtain a digital gift card through an unauthorized means?
    If a digital gift card is obtained through unauthorized methods, it will be considered invalid and will have no legal validity.
  • What is the validity period of an R2 Hotels digital gift card?
    Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You can check the exact expiry date on your digital gift card.
  • Can the expiration date of a digital gift card be extended?
    No. Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the validity of the coupon under any circumstances.
  • Can the terms and conditions of digital gift cards be changed?
    Yes. R2 Hotels reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time without prior notice. Modifications will be effective immediately.
