We are seeking a candidate with a thorough understanding of tour operator procedures and who can ensure that sales are profitable and actionable (allotments, releases, guarantees, stop sales, policies, room types, campaigns, coordination with reservations and operations, etc.). Additionally, the role will support the development of our Corporate/MICE/Groups/Key Accounts segments.

Sales Manager - Canary Islands and Mallorca
Key responsibilities (TT.OO. priority):
- Lead the annual tour operator recruitment plan by hotel/destination with production, ADR and profitability targets.
- Negotiation of conditions: rates, supplements, commissions/overrides, campaigns, policies and payment/cancellation conditions.
- Management and control of TT.OO. procedures : quotas, releases, guarantees, stop sales, loads/updates and contractual consistency.
- Proactive coordination and communication with schauinsland-reisen and other tour operators (product/contracting/reservations).
- Performance tracking by account and executive reporting (KPIs, pick-up, cancellations, conversion, forecast).
Requirements :
- Solid experience in contracting and managing hotel tour operators (ideally multi-hotel/chain) minimum 3 years.
- Practical knowledge of tour operator operations.
- Strong negotiation skills, sales methodology, and reporting/CRM capabilities.
- Advanced English; German highly valued .
