Job description:
• To perform in a qualified and responsible manner the direction, control and monitoring of all tasks of the reception department.
• Organize, direct and coordinate the work of the staff under your charge, taking into account occupancy forecasts and the movements of individual and group guests.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, manage and supervise all tasks performed in the reception department.
• Establish and maintain direct contact with clients, offering a high-quality and professional service.
• Transmit relevant information to the different departments, ensuring correct understanding for proper coordination and planning of the activity.
• Participate in and facilitate internal training meetings according to the company's training plan, ensuring its correct implementation.
• Supervise and control the execution of maintenance reports issued by the different departments.
• Assist the hotel management in the organization, staff selection and reassignment of functions in the Reception area.
