Operational Management of Groups

• Comprehensive coordination of the group from confirmation to departure.
• Management of rooming lists, last-minute changes, and assignments.
• Preparation of service orders and operational documentation.
• Organization of arrivals, group check-ins, and departures.
• Follow-up of deposits, payments, and agreed-upon billing.
• Supervision of the customer experience during their stay.

Internal Coordination

• Coordination and pre-briefing of relevant groups with the involved teams.
