Key responsibilities: 1. Financial leadership and strategy; • Lead and take responsibility for the group's overall financial results, ensuring profitability, cash flow strength, and return on investment. • Develop and execute the group's financial strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans. • As part of the R2 executive team, act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders, providing financial analysis to support key decisions, investments, and initiatives. • Lead financial planning for expansions, renovations, acquisitions, or divestments. 2. Budgeting, forecasting, and performance management; • Direct and oversee the annual budgeting process for the group and each hotel. • Establish robust forecasting and review processes to monitor performance against objectives. • Define, track, and analyze financial and operational KPIs (e.g., GOP, EBITDA, RevPAR, cash flow, cost ratios). • Provide clear variance analysis and actionable recommendations to hotel management and the executive team. • Ensure consistency and comparability of financial performance across all hotels. 3. Financial reporting and corporate governance; • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting at the group and hotel level. • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports to the CEO and other stakeholders. • Maintain high standards of financial governance, policies, and procedures throughout the group. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and applicable legal requirements. 4. Audit, risk, and internal controls; • Oversee all internal and external audits, acting as the primary point of contact with auditors. • Design, implement, and continuously improve internal control systems to protect assets and reduce financial risks. • Monitor exposure to financial risks (liquidity, credit, fraud, and compliance). • Ensure the implementation of corrective actions following audits or control reviews. 5. Treasury, cash flow, and capital management; • Manage the group's cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning. • Oversee banking relationships, financing structures, and covenant compliance. • Lead investment planning (CAPEX), financial evaluation, and post-investment reviews. • Ensure rigorous cost control by supporting operational excellence. 6. Leadership and team development; • Lead and develop the group's finance function, including hotel finance teams. • Establish clear objectives, performance standards, and development plans. • Promote collaboration between finance and operations. • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. 7. Stakeholder management; • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Hotel General Managers and department heads). • Represent the group before external stakeholders (auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulators). • Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial profiles.

Main Responsibilities;
Commercial Management of Groups
- Follow-up of requests and
confirmed groups.
- Preparation of commercial proposals and quotes.
- Negotiation of conditions within established parameters.
- Follow-up of options, deadlines, and conversion of requests.
Operational Management of Groups
- Comprehensive coordination of the group from confirmation to departure.
- Management of rooming lists, last-minute changes, and assignments.
- Preparation of service orders and operational documentation.
- Organization of arrivals, group check-ins, and departures.
- Follow-up of deposits, payments, and agreed-upon billing.
- Supervision of the customer experience during their stay.
Internal Coordination
- Daily communication with the following departments:
- Reception
- Reservations
- Housekeeping
- F&B
- Kitchen
- Events
- Maintenance
- Revenue
- Coordination and pre-briefing of relevant groups with the involved teams.
Customer Service and Agencies
- Personalized attention during the stay or event.
- Agile and effective resolution of incidents.
- Follow-up on satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Profile Sought:
- Experience in hotel group management.
- High organizational capacity and ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercial profile with operational vision.
- Customer-oriented and attention to detail.
- High level of English.
- Other languages will be valued.
- Good command of Excel and commercial tracking tools.
Position Level:
- Reports to Commercial Director / Group Manager / Head of Sales.
- No direct team under charge, although with an important internal coordination role.
