Charming villages in Mallorca Alcudia

29/09/2021
None

Alcudia is located in the north of Mallorca and is possibly one of the most historic and beautiful towns you'll find on the island. We'll give you some recommendations on what to visit and do in this town the next time you spend your vacation in Mallorca.

This town, full of magical corners, is a one-hour drive from our R2 Cala Millor apartments. Alcudia preserves the remains of castles, historic buildings, stately homes, and even Roman cities. Within its old town, you'll also find a wealth of restaurants and souvenir shops. Highlights include the Porta de Mill, the Puerta de Mallorca, and the Capilla de Sant Cristo.

About 2 kilometers away, you'll find the port of Alcudia, where you can enjoy water sports, sunbathe, and visit dream beaches. Additionally, you'll find a wide range of leisure activities and shops.

If you're a nature lover, you'll find the S'Albufereta Nature Reserve just 4 kilometers away, home to a wealth of birds, marshes, and dunes. And if you enjoy hiking, we recommend the protected area of Puig de Sant Marti.

Leisure, history, nature, sports... in Alcudia you can enjoy a 360º experience thanks to its wide variety of activities. We assure you it will be a visit you won't regret. You'll be fascinated by the beauty of this Mallorcan town!

With a 34-hectare estate, it's ideal for a wine tasting with tapas and a guided tour. It's the perfect place to unwind and try sustainable (locally produced) products.

These are just a few of the many wineries you can find in Mallorca. We encourage you to visit one of them, try Mallorcan wines, and, in the process, take some wine back with you and enjoy a splendid experience.
